The challenge
Stock, orders and supplier data lived in disconnected spreadsheets. Nobody trusted the numbers, and month-end took a week.
What we built
We mapped the real fulfilment flow, then built a single system with live inventory, purchase orders, and role-based dashboards on top of a clean data model.
The outcome
Month-end closing dropped from days to hours, and the team finally works from one source of truth.
